Over eight years across supply chain, finance, tech, and data initiatives, I focused on building operational excellence and strong teams. Working in hyper-growth environments taught me invaluable lessons about scaling with intention. Throughout my career and at Wharton, I've experienced firsthand both the challenges of being a minority in male-dominated spaces and the transformative power of having strong role models and structured support.

That's why I created Still Her Ventures. I want to give underrepresented founders the toolkit they need to succeed in entrepreneurship, a path that offers both financial freedom and the opportunity to build lasting legacy. By combining operational expertise with balanced growth strategies, I help female founders transform their ideas into thriving, mission-driven businesses.
